Nahakunstnik Luule Maar sündis 11. märtsil 1938 Kuldre külas Võrumaal Vastse-Antsla vallas. Õppis aastatel 1953–1954 Valga Arve-Plaanindustehnikumis, aastatel 1954–1960 Tartu Kunstikoolis teatridekoratsiooni erialal ja aastatel 1964–1969 Eesti Riiklikus Kunstiinstituudis nahkehistöö osakonnas.

Mobility funding gives individual applicants access to contacts, expertise and knowledge from different parts of the region. Funding can also be used to present art and culture productions and to raise interest in Nordic and Baltic art and culture.

ArtVilnius’23 will be held for the 14th time at Litexpo, the largest exhibition and conference center in the Baltic States. The 12,000 square meters of Litexpo space allows the fair architects to plan modern solutions for the layout of the stands each year, and the participating galleries are given a considerable area of 28-49 square meters each.
