The Stencibility Festival's spraycation is a summer camp for street artists, where we welcome participants from all over Europe. Spraycation gives time to get to know each other, take part in festival events, and most importantly - paint on the streets of Tartu! What makes the 2024 Spraycation even more special is that Tartu is the European Capital of Culture and the Stencibility Festival is part of the main programme.
The dance performance Hope Hunt and the Ascension into Lazarus by the Irish choreographer Oona Doherty that takes place on one evening, but is an equal part of the exhibition Trigger, launches also EKKM’s performance and performing arts programme. The performance takes place on 13 May in cooperation with the Tallinn Creative Hub at their Cauldron Hall.

The Narva Art Residency is launching an open call to create an urban installation that will enrich and diversify Narva city centre. The winner of the competition will be invited to the residency for one and a half months and the author will receive a creative grant of €2000 and a budget to cover the production costs of the installation.
The Delegation of the EU to Ukraine invites artists from Ukraine and EU member states to participate in a two-day online intensive course “Artists Without Borders” focused on fostering collaboration among artists in Ukraine and EU member states.
