To apply for a studio space in the EAA buildings at 6 and 8 Vabaduse väljak, you must submit a free-format application letter indicating the preferred size and intended use (e.g. painting, sculpture, printmaking) of the studio. Send your application to our general email address ekl@eaa.ee.
When a suitable studio becomes available, the secretary of the EAA will send a message to the applicants in the queue, letting them know a date and time for viewing the studio. After receiving requests from the applicants following the viewing, the Studio Committee will allocate the available studio to one of the applicants.
The members of the Studio Committee are Vano Allsalu, Elin Kard, Inga Heamägi, Mari Roosvalt and Tiiu Kirsipuu.
Artists who wish to use a studio at the ARS Art Factory or the EAA building at 2 Hobusepea should contact the EAA service manager Indrek Köster.
PREMISES FOR SHORT-TERM RENTAL
Studio 323, ARS building
A studio space for short-term rental, e.g. to prepare for an exhibition.
Floor area: 52 square metres. Ceiling height: 2.9 metres. Running water. Rental period: 1 to 3 months.
Price: 260 euros per month + VAT, includes rent and utilities.
The cost of electricity will be added based on consumption.
ARS Project Space
The Project Space on the ground floor of the ARS building is available for organising exhibitions, workshops or concerts and preparing large-scale exhibition projects. The space can be accessed from within the building and has a separate entrance from the courtyard. Floor area: 205 square metres. Rental period: 1 to 3 months.
Temporary guest studio at J. Koorti 16-53
The studio is situated in the heart of the art scene, within the adjacent building of the Art Hall Lasnamäe Pavilion and in close proximity to the Kumu Art Museum.
Located on the 15th floor, the studio boasts a total area of approximately 80 m². Ideal for 1-2 occupants, it features two double beds.
This three-room apartment comprises a bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a spacious living room/studio (40 m², 4 m high). Additionally, it includes a kitchen, a toilet, a separate bathroom with a washing machine, and a balcony.
The studio is available for rent at €30 per day for a minimum of 7 days, or at €50 per day for stays less than 7 days.
An extra charge of €10 per person per day applies for additional guests.
