Invitation to apply for the 6th Tallinn Drawing Triennial

The 6th Tallinn International Drawing Triennial IMPULSE takes place from 9th July to 1st August in ARS project space.

The Triennial encourages applications from artists reflecting upon the impulses behind their artistic visions. We welcome hand drawings since 2015 completed without digital or printed assistance. Please take into consideration that in the exhibition space the max. width of the work is 1 metre.

The deadline for the application forms and photos of drawings is 25th May 2021 (loit.joekalda@gmail.com, phone +372 5569 6086). The selection is made by the jury, elected by the board of Association of Estonian Printmakers. The results will be communicated by 31st May. The selected drawings must reach the „Graafikakoda studio“ (Vabaduse väljak 6, Tallinn 10146, Estonia) by 30th June 2021 packed safely for shipping (strong tube, or flat parcel).

The works will be returned to authors in September 2021.

On the opening day of the triennial there will be a conference and award ceremony. Once a week drawing studios and performances will be held. Selected drawings will be published in a web gallery.
