On Saturday, 1 March, starting at 6:00 p.m., a performative Awards Gala directed by Sveta Grigorjeva, Henri Hütt, Kertu Moppel, Liisa Saaremäel and Oksana Tralla will take place in the framework of the exhibition "Unfortunately, You Were Not Selected This Time". There will be an exhibition tour before the Awards Gala at 16.30.
The gathering for the AWARD GALA takes place in front of Tartu Kunstimaja!
NB! From Tallinn you can come to the gala by art bus. More information and registration here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf2Ntt6Ts3CU18YgWG9U_VlPzTMpes…
The Awards Gala performance is FREE and no registration is required—just be in the right place at the right time! Part of the performance takes place outdoors, so dress accordingly, but keep in mind that it is a formal gala.
Katariin Mudist and Keithy Kuuspu invited 25 artists as part of the exhibition to create awards that express the artists’ unique concepts in a format no larger than 50 x 50 x 50 cm. The awards are exhibited in the "Awards Room". Five theatre directors — Sveta Grigorjeva, Henri Hütt, Kertu Moppel, Liisa Saaremäel, and Oksana Tralla — will determine the winners and hand over the awards during a Awards Gala that takes place across the city of Tartu!
The Awards Gala continues with a party at Tartu Art House!
